Ground Zeroes censored in Japan? WTF?

Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes (PS4) Migueruta
For those of you who do not know, CERO (Computer Entertainment Ratings Organization), is responsible for rating videogames.
Its last victim was Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, in Japan itself? Ô_o)??

Hideo Kojima has confirmed the fact in this week’s issue of Famitsu, but did not reveal exactly what it has been censored to avoid
spoiling one of the game’s most significant scenes. I'll spare you the upset, but rest-assured you’ll know the scenes when you see it.

That's why, today, on March 20th, the release came to a halt in niponic territory. A new "censured" and exclusive version  will be released in March 27th, as well in Australia and New Zeland.

Hideo Kojima's artistic point of view says that it's time to go beyond boundaries or else videogames will only be just games, nothing else. And it will never be culture like movies and novels.

Personally i find this CERO's censorship hipocritic, due to the fact that Japan's culture includes Anime, Manga, and movies which usually show sensitive subjects like pedophillia, rape, explicit brutal killing, and bowls exposing as part the story.
