Retro Gaming: Sega Game Gear
The Sega Game Gear is an 8-bit handheld game console released by Sega
in the early 90's till 1992. As part of the fourth generation of gaming,
the Game Gear primarily competed with Nintendo's Game Boy, the Atari
Lynx and NEC's TurboExpress. Due to issues with its short battery
life, lack of original titles, and weak support from Sega, the Game Gear
was unable to surpass the monochromatic Game Boy. |
|
Retro Gaming: ZX Spectrum +2
The Sinclair Spectrum +2 was the first Sinclair computer made by
Amstrad after they bought the rights of the Sinclair computers products.
Thus, it is not suprising that the Spectrum +2 is very similar in shape
and functionality to the Amstrad CPC-464. It was a kind of mix between
the Spectrum 128 and the CPC-464 ! |
